Tweaked to perfection
"The Byron 3 day retreat was outstanding. A wonderful balance of activities with an itinerary that has clearly been tweaked to perfection. Serena - your knowledge of both surfing and the local area, was second to none and you played a huge role in the success of the trip. Your calm and inclusive nature gave everyone confidence to not only improve their skills but also be motivated and inspired to do so. Nothing I would change about this trip - accommodation was lovely and the food was exactly what we needed to keep our energy levels up. I can’t wait until my next trip - I will definitely be back. Thank you!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know how to surf to join this tour?
Absolutely not! We welcome women of all ages and abilities, even if you've never surfed before or have limited experience – this tour is designed for you. All you need is the ability to swim and float unassisted, coupled with the desire for a fun, empowering experience.
I'm travelling solo, is that ok?
Definitely! Most of the women who attend our tours are solo female travellers, so you're in the right place. If you're travelling solo and select the twin share room option, we'll match you up with a room mate throughout the experience.
Do I need to bring my own surfboard?
Intro or beginner level surfers are not required to bring a surfboard, as we provide these. However if you have your own surfboard and you want to improve on that, or you are an intermediate level surfer, then we recommend you bring your board with you.
Where do I fly to in to Byron Bay to join the retreat?
The closest airport is Ballina Byron Gateway (BNK), just 30 minutes from Byron with direct flights from major Australian cities. You can also fly into Gold Coast (OOL), around 45 minutes away. All airports offer shuttles, taxis and rental cars for easy transport to the retreat.
