Summit Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Connection
Arrive in Dallas and check in to the Hotel Indigo Dallas from 3:00 PM. Located on Main Street downtown, the hotel offers a comfortable setting to settle in, reset, and prepare for the Summit.
In the early evening, join fellow attendees for the Welcome Reception at the Hotel Indigo. This session is designed to facilitate introductions, encourage meaningful connections, and set the tone for the Summit in a focused, high-trust environment.

Day 2: Capital, Leadership & Execution
Begin the day with breakfast at the Hotel Indigo, then transfer to the Museum of Biblical Art for a full day of Hero Club programming. Through peer hot seats and working blocks chaired by Tricia Benn with Jeffrey Hayzlett as co-chair, the program works the Power Equation: Capital, Leadership, and Execution.
Following a catered group lunch, the afternoon continues with focused working sessions and peer-level dialogue. The day concludes with a hosted group dinner, allowing conversations to continue in a relaxed, social environment.

Day 3: Strategy, the Dallas Ascent & Farewell
Begin the day with breakfast at the Hotel Indigo, then transfer to the Museum of Biblical Art for the second full day of sessions, focused on strategy, commitments, and clarity.
In the late afternoon, the group sets out on the Dallas Ascent, a curated executive sunset experience through the city that carries the summit themes of Capital, Leadership, and Execution into the evening. The day concludes with a farewell dinner.

Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
Dallas Love Field (DAL) is the closest airport to the Hotel Indigo Dallas, located approximately 6 miles away, offering a roughly 15- to 20-minute drive. While Love Field is closer, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 19 miles away and is a better option for international or major carrier flights.
