The Monument Summit is a camp-style gathering at Outlaw Ranch, with shared lodging, shared meals, outdoor experiences, and real conversations. Something different happens when leaders step out of the boardroom and into nature. The pace slows and the conversations get honest.

The setting is Outlaw Ranch, a rustic camp tucked into the Black Hills near Custer, with towering pines, open meadows, and quiet trails in every direction. Lodging is camp-style: bunk-bed cabins and simple lodge rooms, shared bathhouses, meals together in the dining hall or outdoors, and a pavilion with a wood-burning fireplace for gathering after dark. The intimacy is the point. A small footprint means a small, deliberate group. When the beds are full, the room is full.

Hosted by C-SUITE NETWORK™ Chairman Jeffrey Hayzlett and CEO Tricia Benn. Two leaders who have built and scaled companies of their own, and who have spent years in the rooms where capital, reputation, and legacy are decided. Their presence is what turns four days of conversation into counsel you can act on.

Summit Highlights

TOUR-IMAGE.png
  • A private retreat under open sky. Structured executive sessions, fire pits, and trails, built around connection rather than networking. The noise gets quieter, the conversations get more honest, and there is space to think.

  • The land itself tells a story. The Black Hills hold sacred meaning and lasting legacy for Native American people. An intentional thread of honoring the land and the people who came before runs through the retreat, with an opening cultural experience led by a Native American dancer, drummer, and sage ceremony.

  • Two whole-group excursions anchor the theme. Mount Rushmore on Day Two and Crazy Horse Memorial on Day Three, where identity, history, vision, and endurance are carved into the Black Hills themselves.

  • Hosted by C-SUITE NETWORK™ Chairman Jeffrey Hayzlett and CEO Tricia Benn, with structured sessions, outdoor experiences, shared dining, and fireside conversation across four days at Outlaw Ranch.
