Day 2: Growth Without Losing Control
Breakfast from 7:00am for Stay and Inner Circle guests. Registration at 8:15am, and the forum opens at 8:30am.
Danica's keynote looks at what growth does to a business: the opportunity, the risk and the reputation that has to stretch to cover both. A panel of Queensland leaders follows with their own stories of scaling fast, including the parts that went wrong.
After lunch at noon, you'll sit at a mastermind table with a real growth decision: a contract, a hire, a new market or a partnership. The spotlight session works through one or two challenges in front of the room, and Danica closes at 5:00pm.
Join the casual group dinner from 6:00pm if you'd like to keep talking (own cost).
