Her theory on why everyone is exactly one behavior away from the life they want
Guests Appearing in this Episode
Amilya Antonetti is a behaviorist, advisor, and founder of the Decode Method. She has advised clients including Steve Harvey, Mike Tyson, IBM, and Coldstone Creamery, and has been credited with more than two billion dollars in client sales. She made her first million at seventeen, selling a construction company she'd talked her way into running, then built and sold eighteen restaurants across the California coast. Her son David's unexplained illness later led her to a soap recipe from her grandmother's kitchen, which became Soapworks, one of the first chemical-free cleaning brands sold nationwide before she sold the company in the early 2000s. She wrote about the experience in her book, Why David Hated Tuesdays, and was personally invited onto Oprah's show. She is a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, was named Women's Economic Forum's Woman of the Decade in 2019, and is based in Florida.
